Announcements & Prayer—Week of September 17, 2023

Announcements:
  1. New HWMR material: Beginning this week, the church will be pursuing a new line of HWMR material with the general subject: “An Overview of the Central Burden and Present Truth of the Lord’s Recovery before His Appearing”. Please secure a copy from your district coordinators. 
  2. Online Ministry Meeting: Join the weekly ministry meeting every Thursday, 7:00 PM. Zoom links: English || Cebuano
  3. 2024 International Chinese-speaking  (ICSC) Blending Conference: The 2024 ICSC conference will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, February 10-11, 2024. Registration for the conference is required to attend. The registration deadline is November 30, 2023.
    • Hospitality during the conference and church visitation arrangements will be available to believers only. Church visitation trips will be arranged in two periods: Feb. 7-9 and Feb. 12-14. 
    • Registration donation fee for the conference is $150. Registration donation fee for church visitation trip is $250.

  4. Blending Conference: There will be a blending conference with the nearby churches on October 16 (Monday)  and 17 (Tuesday) here in Zamboanga. Details TBA.
  5. Gospel Trips in Germany: The fall semester for the universities in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria begins in October, and gospel trips are being arranged to coincide with the new semester. The brothers there are hoping that 100 visiting saints would be able to join in order to blend with the local saints, contact new students, and distribute Bibles in the community. The dates of this gospel trip are October 8 to 22, 2023. Please pray that the Lord will gain many young Germans, Swiss, and Austrians as remaining fruits and for the spread of the Lord’s testimony in these cities through these gospel trips.
Prayer items:
  1. That we would all long for the Lord’s speaking, which enables us to fulfill the goal of God’s eternal economy according to His heart’s desire to have the divine sonship (Luke 1:38; 10:38-42; Eph. 1:5)
  2. For the upcoming training for elders and responsible ones to be held in Manila from October 5-7. 
  3. For the strengthening of the small group/home meetings of the church.  
  4. That the Lord would bless the campus work and would use the campus work to gain many young ones for the Lord’s move. 
  5. For the work among the children.
  6. For the coordination of the practical services needed for the blending conference on October 16 and 17.
  7. For the various needs of the saints (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, and family-related).
  8. For the brothers and sisters who are still affected by the turmoil and are in confusion.
  9. That the Lord will gain many young Germans, Swiss, and Austrians as remaining fruits and for the spread of the Lord’s testimony in these cities through the gospel trips.

  4. 2024 Internasyunal Chinese-speaking  (ICSC) Panagsakot nga Komperensya: Himoon sa diha sa Taipei, Taiwan ang komperensya sa ICSC sa Pebrero 10-11,2024. Gikinahanglan ang pag-register kon moapil. Sa Nobyembre 30, 2024 ang kataposan sa pag-register.
    • Ang pag-abiabi taliwala sa komperensya ug mga pahaluna sa pagbisita sa mga kaiglesiahan alang ra gyod sa mga igsoon. Ipahaluna sa duha ka pahaluna/adlaw ang pagbisita sa mga kaiglesiahan: Pebrero 7-9 ug Pebrero 12-14.
    • $150 ang bayrunon alang sa komperensya. $250 ang bayrunon sa pagbisita sa mga kaiglesiahan.

  5. Panagsakot nga Komperensya: Dunay Panagsakot nga Komperensya uban sa mga duol nga kaiglesiahan karon Oktubre 16 (Lunes) ug 17 (Martes) dinhi sa Zamboanga. Ipahibalo ang uban pang mga detalye.

  1. Nga maglaum tang tanan sa pagpamulong sa Ginoo, nga maoy makapatuman kanato sa tumong sa walay kataposang pamatigayon sa Dios sumala sa gitinguha sa Iyang kasingkasing nga mapalugwa ang diosnong pagka-anak (Luke 1:38; 10:38-42; Eph. 1:5)
