Announcements & Prayer—Week of September 19, 2021

Announcements:
  1. Morning Revival: Week 5 of Knowing the Truth, Being Absolute for the Truth, and Proclaiming the Truth in the Present Evil Age
  2. Parents and Serving Ones (PSA) Conference. The church will continue viewing the 2021 PSA conference held in Europe. Remaining schedule is as follows:
    • Sept. 20 (Mon), 7:30 PM: Sowing unto the Spirit, Expecting the Lord’s Blessing and Living a Life of Continual Consecration
  3. Special Conference: There will be a special conference via Zoom on September 26 (Lord’s day). Zoom details will be announced through the group chat:
    • Message 1, 3 PM: The Apostles Teaching
    • Message 2, 7:15 PM: Enter into the Ministry of the Age
  4. Spiritual Enhancement Class: Every Friday afternoon from 3:10-4:10 PM, the church is hosting a spiritual enhancement class for the students of Ferndale International School. The Zoom meeting will be open to all our young people and their friends to this class. During this semester, the class is getting into the book of Genesis with the theme: “God’s Need for Proper Human Vessels”. Zoom details and invitations are sent weekly through the YP Zamboanga group chat.

Prayer items:
  1. Pray for all the saints to make a decision to get into the truth and be trained in the divine revelation in order to uphold the truth and testify to the truth (HWMR Knowing the Truth, week 5).
  2. Pray for the Lord’s speaking on the September 26 special conference.
  3. Pray for the saints to be formed into prayer, Bible study, and gospel vital groups.
  4. Pray that many of the students would bring some of their classmates to the Lord and eventually be brought into the church life.
  5. Pray for the parents, in coordination with the serving ones, to look after, to raise, and to teach their own children for the Lord and for the church life. (See appendix)
  6. Pray for the various needs of the saints who are in sickness and who have lost their loved ones.
  7. Pray for the eyes of the saints who were affected by the turmoil to be opened to see a clear vision of the Lord’s recovery, being released from darkness and brought back to the church life.
Appendix:

“Your eyes have to be open. Do not be too busy outwardly. You should work on the young people, the junior highers, and the high schoolers. You should also work on the children until each week there are at least ten thousand children being taught by us. Those who are six or seven years old now will be high schoolers in ten years. No family will disregard its children; as a priority a family looks after its children, raises them, and teaches them; hence, we must serve the many children in God’s family (Raising Up the Next Generation for the Church Life, Lesson 6 Outline, II. B)
