- Report and request for prayer on behalf of the churches in Indonesia. Indonesia, the world’s fourth-most populous country, is currently experiencing a devastating wave of coronavirus cases. More than 850 of our saints have been infected, 8 of whom have passed away, and over 150 have recovered. We have also witnessed the churches fellowshipping and praying more fervently in one accord, and the saints have been offering themselves selflessly to care for the sick saints.. Prayer items:
- Pray that the saints would become energizing priests in practicing their New Testament priesthood by being revived and renewed day by day. (Beseeching.org, Day 292)
- Pray for the saints to recognize the authority in the Body—submitting directly to the Head and caring for the Body—only this can we have the real practice of the church life (HWMR Vital Factors, week 4).
- Pray for the ongoing semiannual training that the Lord’s speaking would operate in us through our musing and laboring on the Word. Pray that through this training the Lord will gain a people in His recovery who are one with Him to possess Him as their God-promised good land and who are the proper persons to bring Him forth to meet today’s need of both God and men.
- Pray for the ongoing middle-aged training:
- That the trainees may be perfected and raised-up in the present age for the furtherance of the gospel and for the service in the building up of the Body of Christ.
- For the trainees to have much grace and free from any hindrances to attend the daily group fellowship.
- Pray for the various needs of the saints who are in sickness:
- Bro. Edward Olarte (full recovery from operation)
- Bro. Boy Daguman (full recovery from cancer)
- Pray for the eyes of the saints who were affected by the turmoil to be opened to see a clear vision of the Lord’s recovery, being released from darkness and brought back to the church life.
- Prayer for the churches in Indonesia: for the safety of all the saints who have been infected, for the spread of the virus to be contained, for the saints to be strengthened into their inner man, and for the Lord to gain what He is after.
